Aston Martin Vanquish AM 310 (2013)

CARBARN | Aston Martin Vanquish AM 310 (2013) | Aston Martin CEO Dr Ulrich Bez said "Vanquish AM 310 is the ultimate expression of Aston Martin design ethics, engineering capability, innovation and technology, which offers luxury accommodation, a continent across the driving ability and pure emotion, without compromise.Having the same name as the iconic V12 Vanquish PM who did so much to cement the reputation of the Aston Martin as a great GT car manufacturer in modern times, I think the car has today since most of this great British brand is at the top in its class. Powered by a. Significantly revised naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 petrol engine mated to the proven six-speed Touchtronic 2 automatic gearbox, the new car offers impressive performance numbers correctly The peak power of 565 hp V12 (573 hp), is the production model more powerful Aston Martin yet, outmuscled by only $ 1.2 million strictly limited edition One-77 supercar. The raw statistics speak for themselves: 573 hp at 6750 rpm, 620 Nm of torque at 5500 rpm, 0-62 mph in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 183 mph instead of the Aston Martin Vanquish firmly in supercar territory.

The latest engineering methods, innovative technologies and generally underrated classic British design together to make new muscle Vanquish a true super GT. For example, each panel of the car body is constructed from carbon fiber due to its high strength and flexibility weight form. Designed and built by hand in Aston Martin's global headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire in the new Vanquish is available as a 2 2 0 or 2, is located on top of a wide range of world-class sports cars, including the elegant DB9, V8 Vantage sports and luxury four-door Rapide. Aston Martin Vanquish AM 310 Design Aston Martin is known in the automotive industry for the supreme beauty of their cars. The visual language of a modern Aston Martin is highly distinctive, timeless but appealing. When the committee for the new Aston Martin Vanquish AM 310 came Marek and his team began working to improve the external fluid lines of a classic GT and Aston Martin to create a modern interpretation of the Vanquish. Inspired by the One-77 supercar flagship, the team worked to develop this project language and create a worthy successor to the sport of the 21st century, the Vanquish nickname.

The result is a new Aston Martin Vanquish clearly maintains the presence of his father, but he offers a package much more refined and functional. With the exception of the now depleted One-77 supercar, and limited edition Zagato V12, the Vanquish AM 310 is for high-end models from Aston Martin. Combining the aggressive lines of the One-77 with the elegant form of the Rapide and DB9, Vanquish the new look sets the standard for today's luxury GT cars. The car has a stronger position, but not overtly aggressive. A ring of the quasi-continuous carbon fiber exposed at the base of the car, as a carbon fiber separator, the side skirts catch carbon fiber light diffuser and forcing back of carbon fibers. This highlights the dynamic sports car and making it seem more planted. Each body panel on the new Vanquish is constructed from carbon fiber, due to its high strength and flexibility weight form. It was designed and is built to move with the elegant precision of the car. As with the exterior, the design team were hired to redesign the interior of the Vanquish to give a quality finish more complete and higher. Introduce a wide selection of materials and finishes that are now available in Vanquish, the interior finish is available in a wide range of materials, including the bridge of Weir Leather Luxmil thin, semi-aniline leather and Alcantara, all expertly hand-sewn by some of the world's most experienced artisans.

The new design is sleeker with a more elegant finish to complement the rest of the interior. A direct descendant of the cell center One-77 Aston Martin Vanquish 310 AM set-up has familiar elements, such as the start button the engine ECU, and the selection buttons for speed, which introduced a new infotainment system and a project much more user-friendly. The Aston Martin Vanquish is available with seating configurations, is 2 +0 or 2 +2. As with all Aston Martin sports cars, the need for a perfect balance, stability, high performance, handling capacity and reduce the curb weight defined the new Vanquish. Full use of the body panels from carbon fiber for the first time in an Aston Martin Vanquish highlight the new powers as a truly innovative model. Considerable efforts have been made to limit the weight of the new car, which contributes to their impressive performance, handling and significantly improved power to weight ratio. At the heart of the new car is the latest iteration of the Aston Martin is a 6.0 liter V12. As is usual with all modern Aston Martin sports car engine is hand assembled in the factory Aston Martin engine dedicated to Cologne, Germany. The Vanquish uses the latest generation of Aston Martin first class VH (Vertical Horizontal) architecture, a lightweight aluminum on providing exceptional strength and rigidity.

The architecture has been redesigned to control weight and improve packaging. Engineers used the extensive use of advanced materials and processes - some directly derived from the aerospace industry - for weight control and optimize the experience of driving the new car. A first Aston Martin, carbon fiber is used to make each outer panel. The race car inspired technology offers advantages in weight and stiffness of the body, but more importantly, played a key role in achieving the project Vanquish. There are no restrictions on form or shape in using carbon fiber," says Marek Reichman, design director of Aston Martin, and the material allowed us to complete the bodywork around the 20-inch wheels and maintain the precise relationship between the wheel and body. Each panel has been carefully sculpted to direct the airflow around the car, the engine and to help cool the braking system. The elements of carbon fiber are produced using advanced manufacturing techniques developed from the aerospace and motoring. The decision process of the panel also offers exceptional surface finish. The application of a layer of epoxy 200 microns and the glass panel provides a class-A surface which is in line with the traditional Aston Martin high quality finishes. In the car, the weave patterns on components made from exposed carbon fiber have been carefully selected to present the most harmonious surfaces.

The new AM Aston Martin Vanquish 310 is actually 25% torsionally more rigid than the DBS output that is very resistant to bending and to allow responsive handling and predictable. Teams of engineers from Aston Martin have been working hard to minimize the weight off the wheelbase of the new car to reduce the inertia twist. Now less than 19 mm in the body, repositioned the engine Vanquish improves both agility and handling. Prior to the mid-mounted engine and rear car mid-providing deck mounted an almost perfect weight distribution: 85% by weight of the car is placed in its wheelbase. To take full advantage of its new architecture precise and rigid, the Aston Martin Vanquish AM 310 uses a battery of sophisticated technologies, including for the first time in an Aston Martin, a motorsports derivatives Launch Control system. Once in motion, the Vanquish has a plethora of dynamic assistance, including electronic stability control and positive torque to help realize their potential and offer a wonderful learning experience, controlled by Experience refined Grand Tourer. The latest iteration of the Aston Martin Adaptive Damping System (ADS) allows the driver to switch between three damping modes: Sport, Normal and track, offering instantaneous adjustment of the race car and the handling characteristics.

The Vanquish is equipped with the new generation Pirelli P-Zero tires that were developed specifically for the car and new 20-inch wheels in light alloy. Braking system of the third generation car has Brembo carbon ceramic matrix (CCM) brakes provide shorter stopping distances with fatigue resistance, even under the most demanding driving. CCM brakes are also lighter than a conventional system, reducing the total weight of the car, and particularly the weight and unsprung masses of rotation, which increases the performance of the suspension. The front brakes use 398 mm x 36 mm TLC brake discs and brake pads front big brake calipers with six pistons of the One-77, while the rear brakes use 360 mm x 32 mm discs CCM brakes with four-piston caliper. Craft Warning, to detail and intelligent design and engineering techniques to combine the Vanquish GT to provide exceptional quality.September leathers are used in each Vanquish to create a luxurious sports car. The retailer uses sewing will not see any other car and comes with a host of state-of-the-art, specially developed for Aston Martin. Aston Martin's designers are known for attention to detail, minute sports car brand, with many examples of this phenomenon on the Vanquish. Quality and expertise gathered in the conduct Vanquish new Aero deck (boot) lid. This liability engineering elegantly designed function is included to neutralize elevator at the rear of the car when traveling at speed. The test is of course fundamental to the quality and longevity of an Aston Martin Vanquish and underwent a series of comprehensive examinations.

The circuit loop is a giant extends along 12.5 km (7.8 mi), is for a test at high speed, allowing the driver to look at the car speed without brake at the corners. This test shows high levels of stress on all systems and allows to demonstrate the durability at high speeds. After that, a prototype was sent to the testing center Vanquish Aston Martin Nürburgring MMH to the limit even more intense. The German track is a popular place to test and refine the Aston Martin Vanquish 310 AM because she is considered the most demanding race track in the world. The new car that he suffered more than 10,000 miles of durability testing to prove out of the car, brakes, DSC, tires and chassis set up.

Aston Martin One 77 (2012)

CARBARN  | Aston Martin One 77 (2012) | This car is amazing. One-77 there are a total of carbon fiber and a monocoque body chassis aluminum artisan. The body was very well planned and designed at Aston Martin Gaydon HQ, the monocoque and was built in partnership with Multimatic (MTC). As world leaders in carbon composite technology, advanced vehicle analysis and dynamic simulation, MTC brings unrivaled specialist capabilities to the One-77. To justify the stratospheric price tag of the car, no expense spared Aston Martin in fine-tuning all the details on the car, including carbon-ceramic rims and LED headlamps. After Aston Martin One-77, the inside "is intended inspired by a minimalist approach, with each item for a particular purpose. The interior is the beauty of monocoque carbon fiber, so that large areas exposed to carbon. The ergonomics of the car for Creating the environment for the driver end enthusiast.

The system is manufactured from a solid block of aluminum, providing a total power of 1000 watts. The increased power for the woofer and midrange comes from proprietary technology from Bang & Olufsen ICEpower, delivering 750 watts of undistorted sound. Aston Martin CEO Ulrich Bez says the One-77 is not a concern right in the quad-turbo Veyron 1000 hp. Although it may seem that the Bugatti is in the firing line Aston, this vehicle is not crazy about power numbers and speed records, so this can make the height of the Aston Martin. Under the hood is the One-77 by a naturally aspirated 7.3 liter V12 Aston 6.0-liter engine derived power to be supplied. This big engine cranked out 750 hp with torque checking in at about 533 pounds-feet. This has been confirmed by Aston. While it could not compete with the HP 1000 in the German car manufacturers, to give a Aston Martin bragging rights just because they created the most powerful engine on the planet naturally aspirated.

Incredibly, the Aston Martin reached Cosworth engineers and a weight reduction of about 25 percent, and although still not complete the work of final calibration of the engine, I am confident that we will see more than 700bhp. The car will also be an enhanced version of the automated manual transmission 6-speed DB9. Aston is intended for a machine turns bright, starting with the motor. By adopting a system of oil reservoir dry the engine is mounted 100 mm lower than any previous Aston One V12-77 to keep the center of gravity as low as possible to aid. The engine is also rear mounted 257 mm compared to the front wheel center. Aston will use its carbon-ceramic brake array technology in the One-77. The brake calipers have been redesigned to give less heat from the brake pads to the brake fluidWith all this technology packed into only 77 cars, you'd better understand that this car is expensive. According to British magazine Top Gear, the car price will be £ 1.2 million, while the magazine Robb Report should be priced at $ 1,700,000.

May 2011 saw the Aston Martin V12 Zagato the make its world debut at the prestigious Villa d'Este concours. In June the Villa d'Este winner - along with the second prototype car - the Aston Martin V12 made Zagato's world racing debut at the 24 hour endurance race gruelling held at the Nürburgring. Both cars completed the ultimate durability test, continuing Aston Martin's 100 per cent finishing record in this notoriously tough race. Since then, Aston Martin's design team have worked to refine the sports car's detailing and aerodynamic performance while staying faithful to the original design concept.  Every Aston Martin is a unique combination of advanced materials, technology and time-honoured craftsmanship. Built at Aston Martin's global headquarters in Gaydon, Warwickshire, production of the V12 Zagato will be Strictly limited to no more than 150 cars. Creating each V12 Zagato is a painstaking process takes approximately 2.000 That man-hours to complete. Just like the One-77, the V12 Zagato is constructed from a combination of hand crafted aluminum and carbon fiber. The bonnet, signature 'double-bubble' roof and doors are hand-crafted aluminum, while the front and rear fenders, door sills and boot lid are made from surround carbon fiber.

Four unique colors have been created for the Aston Martin V12 Zagato Scintilla Silver, Green Alloro, Diavolo Alba Blue and Red. From there the V12 Zagato is transferred to the standalone facility originally built to house One-77 production, where the build is completed. This serene, laboratory-like space is perfectly suited to the task of creating special cars Such as the V12 Zagato.  Likewise the bold new grille is formed in a unique three-dimensional mesh composite material Echoes That's famous Zagato 'Z' moniker.  Satin-finish carbon fiber on the dashboard and center stack is perfectly complimented by piano black and satin black Accents rotary switchgear. Carbon fiber sill plaques with 'V12 Zagato' script inlaid metal Provide a distinctive finishing touch. A work of art built by skilled craftsmen to be driven and enjoyed by the world's most discerning collectors car, the Aston Martin V12 Zagato is a fitting tribute to its Illustrious ancestor.

Aston Martin Cygnet

However there are some differences between the two, especially with regards to the lights: the rear group recapture the classic V design, while the solution for the anterior end is much more intricate and, to tell the truth, not very definitive.

Same goes for the rest of the car: these pictures were announced to anticipate the concept car (to be displayed at Frankfurt?), but they have the sole (de)merit of showing with what nonchalance Aston Martin dealt with this crucial step in continuing its elite brand. Was it really too costly to not dedicate more attention to the details of the characterizing features? An example would be the anterior side scoops which seem “glued on” badly.

2011 Aston Martin V12 Zagato

Featuring a new handcrafted aluminium body, the Aston Martin V12 Zagato delivers a beautiful and muscular design not possible using pre-formed panel techniques. Using the influences and skill of nearly 100 years of heritage in the craft, every aluminium panel was formed using an English wheel and traditionally crafted body bucks. Each front wing alone comprises seven separate pieces of aluminium, combined and then hand finished to give one flowing form. Another iconic Zagato design cue is the double bubble roof created in this case from five separate pieces illustrating further the intensity of craftsmanship involved in the construction of the V12 Zagato.

Designed for the focused driver, the V12 Zagato has been honed with pure driving enjoyment in mind. The V12 Zagato combines Aston Martin’s most dynamic bonded aluminium platform with the power of the 6.0-litre V12 engine producing 510 bhp (380 kW / 517 PS), and 570 Nm (420 lb ft) of torque.

The V12 Vantage which forms the basis of the V12 Zagato has been proven on the race track as early as 2009 with a class win in its debut race at the 24 hour race at Nürburgring whilst being close to production standard with only essential safety modifications, reduced weight and re-tuned suspension but no additional aerodynamic enhancements.

In 2011 the car has gone on to form the basis of the new Aston Martin GT3 race car unveiled last month. Aston Martin V12 Zagato specification includes a bonded aluminium platform modified with a bespoke steel roll cage, front and rear double wishbone suspension with fully adjustable Multimatic DSSV Dampers and a 120ltr endurance racing fuel tank.
