This new racer marks the return of the brand in the world rally, 30 years after winning the World Rally Championship in the Talbot Sunbeam Lotus. The Exige R-GT will participate in the newly formed FIA GT category of FIA Rally Championship on asphalt in Monte Carlo, Corsica and San Remo. The Exige R-GT will also pack in ballast to meet the  equirements of the FIA 1200 kg (2645 lbs).

Lotus Exige S Roadster (2013)

The sports car also comes with two different suspension settings: a standard suspension for a riding experience suited for active public roads and an optional parameter in the Race Pack for maximum performance, developed for track use. The roadster version accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds and 100 mph in 8.5 seconds.

This list includes models like the Nissan 370Z Roadster. It is powered by a 332 HP 3.7-liter DOHC V6 combined with a choice of 6 speed manual transmission or a 7-speed automatic transmission.

Lotus Elise Club Racer (2012)

The result is an output of 335 HP at 5900 RPM and maximum torque of 332 lb.-ft. from 1500 to 4500 RPM RPM. The sprint from 0 to 60 MPH is done in just 4.7 seconds, while the vehicle's maximum speed is limited to 155 MPH.

So much so, in fact, that They are even stepping away from Their sports car roots and developing a city car to rival the new Aston Martin Cygnet.  The move to develop a city car That stems from the fact Lotus did not feel confident going against the Mini, BMW, and Audi in the small car segment.



Our car Will be an EV or range extended EV and Will offer performances of no other small car.The future city car Lotus Will be Offered as a first Proton, but Will be easily adapted to a Lotus platform the time comes. The Lotus version Will be more expensive than the Proton, a Lotus Says Move That Will be justified in the additions to the car. The Lotus City Car Will be a production version of the Ethos concept unveiled at the Paris Auto Show.

Lotus Exige S (2012)

Although the 200-plus pound increase of weight is not something of Lotus founder Colin Chapman Could get behind, the performance Should Be more than enough to make-even hardened Lotus aficionados temporarily forget the "add lightness" Edict.



Specially-developed Pirelli P-Zero Corsas are fitted at all four corners, while the Lotus Dynamic Performance Management (DPM) system allows drivers to switch the between Touring, Sport and DPM Off traction control modes.  Two interior packages Premium and Premium Sport - will be Offered Pls the Exige S goes on sale next year, but Lotus is not giving out the performance figures just yet.

Lotus Esprit (2012)

Taking clear styling cues from both the Evora and the the Elise/Exige, the new Esprit brings plenty of exotic flair to the premium sports car segment. Its steeply raked windscreen and sharp, aggressive nose leave little doubt as to the Esprit’s racy intentions.  The upcoming Esprit, like the last iteration of its predecessor, is slated to use a mid-mounted V-8 engine.

Meanwhile, the Elise, Exige, and Evora would continue to be sold alongside the Esprit the Evora will even get a convertible variant that is slated to make its debut slightly ahead of its bigger brother.
