The Japanese spec Airwave uses the same 1.5 VTEC engine in the Jazz VTEC and City VTEC here. i-DSI versions should be able to be introduced easily. I think the Honda Airwave has the potential to do well here if Honda Malaysia could come up with a way to turn it into a 7-seater. It could be great as a competitor to the Toyota Avanza, which seems to be sweeping away the market. Honda also has no competitors to the Toyota Innova for the moment.
